With over 20+ years of experience, he has sold 500+ homes and has been involved in 1000+ transactions, and has looked at well over 10,000+ homes. He has experience working with first time buyers, investors, seasonal residents, and has assisted with individuals and families relocating to the area. He has sold multimillion dollar estates, waterfront property and condos to C-level executives and even some PGA Tour Pros. He is a very skilled negotiator and always makes his clients needs his number one priority. In addition, Will works hard as a listing agent for homeowners, investors, and builders alike.
Growing up a Navy brat, Will has lived all over the country and knows what it is like to move around. When given the choice to live anywhere in the country, Will chose Palm Beach County – for obvious reasons – to raise his family. A 1994 graduate of Towson University with a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications, Will previously worked in IT sales before embarking on his career in real estate. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, fishing, tennis and golf.
