Having lived in Palm Beach and Martin County for over 18 years, Will is very familiar with the differences among the two. On top of finding his clients homes that they they love, he often helps his clients find the best area and community that best meets their needs. Having played golf his entire life specializing in Golf Course communities comes naturally and with so many in the area he knows that there really is something for everyone. Having sold property in most of the golf course communities in the area he also knows the diversity among the clubs, the courses and their memberships. He's also been lucky enough to play most of the golf courses.
Having sold thousands of homes he has experience working with first time buyers, investors, seasonal residents, and has assisted with individuals and families relocating to the area. He has sold multimillion dollar estates, waterfront property and condos. He is a very skilled negotiator and always makes his clients needs his number one priority. In addition, Will works hard as a listing agent for homeowners, investors, and builders alike.
Growing up a Navy brat, Will has lived all over the country and knows what it is like to move around. When given the choice to live anywhere in the country, Will chose Palm Beach County – for obvious reasons – to raise his family. A 1994 graduate of Towson University with a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications, Will previously worked in IT sales before embarking on his career in real estate. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, fishing, tennis and golf. Presently, Will resides in Stuart, Florida with his two children, Trev and Ava.
